Shop Local for Unique Holiday Gifts and Support Chicago Artists
Sharing both a location, and the mission of supporting creativity and community, DreamBox Gallery and Cup & Spoon present WOW Frequency: Limited Editions.
WOW Frequency will showcase more than a dozen local artists, poets and musicians throughout December. Limited edition prints, children’s books, posters and artwork will be on sale at 2415 W North Avenue with special poetry and music events taking place from 1-6pm on the first three Saturdays of the month.
Whether you’re a seasoned or brand new art collector, foodie, or poetry lover, there’s something for everyone. “Expect the unexpected,” says Iwona Biedermann, DreamBox Gallery owner. “Enjoy an afternoon of unique holiday gift shopping, and making the world a better place, one piece of artwork at a time.”
Cup & Spoon will also be featuring holiday gift bundles that they’ve coined, The Best of the West. We want people who are traveling home for the holidays to take along a taste of Chicago,” says Rosie Quasarano, Cup & Spoon owner.
Beyond Limited Editions – DreamBox Gallery is presenting Polish Artists Creating in Chicago. Including the work of Jan Brud, Irena Siwek, and photography by Iwona Biedermann, Zbigniew Sokolowski. The exhibition opens on Saturday, December 6 and runs till December 31, 2014.

Ana Castillo – poet, essayist, activist, playwright, novelist, editor, translator and painter. She is considered one of the leading voices in Chicana experience.
