Suvi Konttinen is an artist and curator. She was born in 1976 in Finland. She has a MA in art history, University of Helsinki, Finland. Konttinen is a specialist in modern and contemporary art and museum studies. She worked as a curator at the Didrichsen Museum of Art and Culture, in Helsinki, Finland (2000-2004).
She studied painting at the Academy of Fine arts in Helsinki, Finland (1998-1999), and at the Art School of the University of Helsinki, Finland (1997-1998). Currently she is networking and getting inspiration at a Certificate in Painting Program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Department of Continuing Studies.
