Painting on canvas is my main method of artistic expression. Acrylics, Pan pastels, oil stick and pencil are what work best for me. My canvases have been as large as 54×54 inches in size. Works range from scraped, textured minimal abstracts to word streams to calligraphic or symbolic shapes. I’ve also constructed wood boxes to contain found objects, mixed media panels, and painted paper collages. Much of my work has been shown and sold at small galleries in Chicago. I live and work out of my home /studio in Evanston IL.
