The major forces behind my paintings are as follows: colors, comic books and cartoons, design, music, emotion and fear and love and the women who have come and gone from my life. I’m a self taught painter who has spent the majority of my life drawing and doodling and wanting to create. With only one year of art school and basic training under my belt I’ve taken what I’ve learned and taught myself to paint the sorts of things I enjoy seeing and hopefully catch the eye of someone else who enjoys the same. I’ve always been fascinated with colors and puzzles and like to look at my paintings in the same way. Semi-realistic puzzles that are broken up and placed back together using colors and shapes.
